David is a senior manager in Somerset’s Health Care Team and Tax Team. David spent the first two years of his career at a well respected national investment firm working with high net worth individuals and active trader clients. He then continued his educational development by earning his Master’s of Professional Accountancy Degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis while working at the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, David specialized in the tax compliance of investment partnerships and high net worth individuals. After earning his CPA license, David was employed by a local CPA firm in Indianapolis specializing in tax consulting and compliance for physician practices, architectural firms, law firms and other service based organizations. In order to be in a position to provide his clients with more comprehensive advice, David earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designations.He works with clients in a variety of industries including construction, real estate and professional organizations. David specializes in tax compliance and consulting, personal financial planning, and management consulting. He has extensive experience in taxation issues relating to S corporations, regular corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals.
