Donna is responsible for the oversight and ongoing development of the Human Resources Department. She provides consultation to our leadership team on a variety of complex professional human resource initiatives such as employee relations, job development/enrichment, strategic planning, shared-decision making, team development, regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment. Donna is also a participant in the design, evaluation and implementation of human resource programs, such as compensation and benefits, EEO/AA, performance management, human capital planning, organizational structure, change management and job design.
Donna loves spending time with her family and friends. When she has spare time, she enjoys refurbishing and reinventing old furniture.
