Howard practices on our advisory team. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, exit planning, succession planning, strategic planning and performance management and incentive compensation design. He is motivated to serve established organizations looking to push themselves to higher levels of achievement. He helps clients orchestrate enterprise growth through strategic planning best practices, incentive compensation design to align employee and shareholder interests, understanding and leveraging their most profitable customer relationships, uncovering hidden profit improvement potential within their organizations and maximizing cash flow by optimizing the cash conversion cycle. With a passion for supporting the entrepreneurial community, Howard conducts numerous seminar series, roundtables, and workshops.

Howard will tell you that his greatest honor is being a father to an outstanding young woman. He is also dedicated to daily Tai chi practice.
