Jane leads the Dealership Team, which serves clients in the Automotive, RV, Powersport, Boat, Ag Equipment and Construction Equipment industries. Her technical foundation is tax compliance and planning for closely held enterprises, business owners and high wealth individuals and families. Jane and her team focus on innovative and timely strategies that align with the current economic environment. Her passion is working with owners to maximize the value of their dealership and preserve their hard earned dollars to assist them in achieving their personal goals. In addition to tax planning and strategies for dealers and their businesses, Jane spends a significant amount of her time helping dealers successfully exit their businesses through transition to a family member, key employee or third-party sale. Jane and her team provide structure, guidance and direction through every step of a transaction, beginning with pre-planning strategies all the way through the closing of a deal.
Jane enjoys spending time with her husband, children and close friends. They enjoy vacationing together, attending community events and finding quaint new restaurants to visit.
