Mike is an expert in the real estate industry with an emphasis on partnership and flow-through taxation. He specializes in complex real estate transactions including like-kind exchanges, Qualified Opportunity Zones, partnership formation and restructuring, UPREITs and similar tax-focused real estate matters. He is a frequent speaker on tax issues related to the real estate industry and is committed to providing aggressive and proactive service to our clients.

Mike enjoys spending time in South Haven, Michigan with his family, golfing and cheering for his beloved Purdue Boilermakers.
