Students & New Grads

Our Culture

What sets us apart is our close-knit culture that supports each other’s success, welcomes questions and learns through challenges. We encourage and reward professional and personal advancement. From the beginning, students and new graduates become an integral part of the team.

Internships & Full Time Opportunities

The Recruiting Process

Spring and fall are our most active hiring seasons for interns and new graduates. During these semesters, our recruiting team is visiting campuses and meeting with students looking for internships or their first job post-graduation.

1

Come Meet Us

Career Fairs, Information Sessions, Accounting Clubs, Class Presentations, Summer Experience Day at Our Office.

2

Apply to Somerset

Students interested in joining Somerset are welcome to submit an application.

3

On-Campus Interviews

We get to learn more about you through an on-campus interview.

4

In-Office Interviews

After on-campus interviews, we extend on-site interviews to select candidates.

5

Extending Offers

Successful in-office interviews may turn into internships or full time offers.

We are proud to have welcomed most of our interns as full time staff upon completion of their internship program at Somerset. While we love working with interns, completing an internship program through Somerset is not a requirement for full time applicants.

To apply, submit your application through your campus, or email your cover letter and resume to our recruiting department by clicking the “Apply Now” button below.
