Pediatric Specialty Center was completed in January 2016 in Cedar Park, TX. The 75,000 sq. ft. office building is the home to pediatric physicians specializing in general surgery, orthopedics, pulmonology, gastroenterology, infectious disease, genetics, neurology, nephrology, allergy, rheumatology, urology, oncology and cardiology. The building includes an imaging center, laboratory, orthotics and prosthetics. Somerset provided entity formation, capital and finance sourcing, construction oversight and liaison services.
