The Center at Arrowhead opened September 2015 in Glendale, Arizona. It is a 77,000 sq. ft. skilled nursing facility with 96 beds, on-site therapy, kitchen, dining and family rooms, and additional support areas. Somerset provided entity formation, capital and finance sourcing, construction oversight and liaison services.
