The Center at Val Vista opened in October 2016 in Gilbert, Arizona. It is a 76,000 sq. ft. three story skilled nursing facility with 96 beds, on-site therapy, kitchen, dining and family rooms, business office, and approximately 130 surface parking spaces. Somerset provided entity formation, capital and finance sourcing, construction oversight and liaison services.
