Stay at Home Executive Order by the Governor
While the majority of our team members have been working remotely for the past week, effective at 4:30 pm on Monday, March 23, 2020, Somerset CPAs and Advisors will restrict access to physical office locations and move to a fully remote operation until further notice.

Sharing Information Securely
The coordination of documents back and forth securely is essential. Please use Secure File Drop to upload your documents to us. In the event that you are unable to send documents electronically, we will make appropriate arrangements with you. Reach out to your accountant to discuss.

Tax Returns, Financial Statements or other Deliverables
When your return is complete, we will provide SafeSend Returns for delivery. SafeSend Returns deliver your return to you electronically and securely. You will receive an electronic copy of your forms and will be able to sign your return electronically. You won’t even have to leave your house or business to complete your tax filings.
Financial statements and other deliverables will be sent through secure email. Paper copies of any of the above may be provided at a later date should they be required.

We have the technology in place to be able to conduct virtual meetings. Your advisor will reach out in advance of your next meeting to discuss meeting via web conference, phone or in a manner most comfortable for all parties involved.
